Added a new refresh feature to the website.
A quick explanation.
While posting set the refresh time to NO REFRESH.
While idle pick the amount of time you would like the forum to auto refresh, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes.
The benefit to this feature is while doing live threads which is the focal point of the handicapping forum you will not have to hit refresh on the page to see if someone added a reply. The page will simply refresh on its own.
This is much like the stock market websites which refresh the ticker every so often as to update the current price.
